I am in the process of having floors refinished. Floor guy says we can walk on the floor 24 hours after last coat of poly is put down, as long as we have socks on. Three days until we can move furniture back in. My question involves my small dog - I am purchasing doggie socks along with rubber nail tips (in case he won't wear the socks). How long before he can walk on floors? I am running out of options with people watching my dog and really can't keep him out of the house more than a day after the last coat gets put down. Anyone have any experience with this?
