Is this a lake you swim in, ski in, fish in? If yes, where is it that you can come into the house and take off the lake stuff without ruining the rest of the house? A sort of lake wet room. The reason I say that is I live on a lake and this just doesn't seem functional and why is there a maids room on the main level with the master? I would want separation from staff.

OK, I now see that the master is on the second floor. But the first floor bathroom is not connected to any of the bedrooms and especially for having staff. Are you wanting your maid to be walking out in the hallway of the main floor in her bathrobe? I would remove one bedroom and rework the first floor bathrooms so that the maid has her own bathroom, their is a half bath for first floor guests and a space where people coming in off the lake can rinse off and shower.
