My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I need to know what these colors look like in person

Today I received a sample from you. It is Brown Handicraft Glass Mosaic Tile & although it is very lovely, it unfortunately does not look as rich with depth of color as it shows on your website. Please look at a sample of this tile & give exact colors; ie. mustard ?? , celery green ???, etc Thanks a million !

    Let us clarify for you. Maybe you are a little confused who you ordered from.
    1. We have no tile in our inventory called Brown Handicraft mosaic tile.
    2. That is our photo you are featuring so not sure where you retrieved it from but that is not to be used by another company.
    3. You didn't order a sample from us at anytime.
    4. You may want to contact Houzz to see who you ordered from.
