I need some remodeling ideas to optimize space and style for this very small bathroom in my 2-bedroom, 900 square foot Chicago condo. We only take showers, and I would love to get rid of the bathtub (a separate issue, but would I be able to sell my place as easily when the time comes?)

The floor is also about 2 inches higher than the rest of the living area, possibly due to original rehab not removing the original tile floor?

The building was constructed in 1916 and the last rehab was in 2007. I bought the condo in 2013.
