I can't understand any room that is on the outside not having Windows on all the outside walls. Yes, add the windows.

Unless there is some horrid view out the wall in question, I would definitely put windows there.

To answer your question properly you need to provide whole house floor plan(s), all exterior elevations, a site plan, and images of the 360 degree view of where the house is proposed to set.
