Hi Christy C.! You may want to consider Bertazzoni as well. The 48" Professional Series ranges fall into the same price range as the Jenn-Air and they also have kitchen package promotions and rebates going on until the end of December.

I would second the Miele recommendations. I would choose the best examples and forego a package. You can negotiate a discount with some suppliers on a 'complete' group of appliances even when from several sources.

The OP said she has a $12,000 budget, and is looking for a 48" size - a Bluestar in that size would run $9000 minimum. Then the OP needs to consider the exhaust requirements for that 48" range. The hood needs to be 48-54" wide, about 1200 cfms, and the ductwork from the exhaust needs to be 10" diameter. She will need make-up air for that amount of cfms, which can add thousands to the appliance cost.

There is a long thread on the Appliances Forum somewhere with mostly dissatisfied Bertazzoni range owners. There are issues with oven temperatures, underpowered burners, and some other things. Do a search for the thread.

In order to fit that $12k budget, the pro style 48" range will need to be around $5k. Check out Thor, but I know nothing about that brand other that they have a 48" pro style range in that price range. God luck!
