Bungalow bathroom reveal

Hey folks, I've shared some pics already but hadn't done a reveal thread. This is the only bathroom in my 1915 2 bedroom house. New layout stole about 18" from the front bedroom and moved the bathroom door to the kitchen. Thank you to everyone kind enough to share advice and answer my many many questions!

After: sorry the pics aren't better, it's a tight space! Also still need to do some decorating.

I just love love all of it! The lighting and storage is the best part (no more lonely overhead boob light).

Only regret is that the toilet stack unexpectedly ended up in the small closet, and I feel like planning could have found a better solution. Also I wish I had taken a few more inches from the front bedroom to add to the closet depth.

Bio Bidet USPA 6800 Luxury Bidet Seat
Delta Cassidy sink faucet in polished nickel
Delta Linden shower/tub faucet in chrome
Kohler Archer tub
Daltile Rittenhouse in white gloss
Cepac 2" hex tile in white matte

I also wanted to share some cost info, since that I was so blind to that when starting this project. This was done in conjunction with a kitchen remodel, with the bathroom portion coming to almost $45K. I'm in HCOLA in California, which is certainly a factor, but moving walls and reconfiguring even a relatively small and modest bathroom is very pricey. There was a lot of work done: all re-piping, re-wire, sheer walls (due to new bath window), lots of framing, and lead-based paint disposal.

Honestly, you could not have made better choices in this bathroom. I love it! All of your hard work has paid off. Separating the vanity from the toilet and shower room really is the best use of space in a 1 bathroom home. Your finishes are classic and timeless. Your bathroom is a wise investment that will certainly be enjoyed for many many years to come.

I'll keep my eye out for your kitchen reveal ;-)

Beautiful. And in may ways the closets are larger for hanging things, right? I love the finishes. Don't you just love the advanced toilet seats?! Beautiful paint color, what is it? As @benjiesbride comments that door to the toilet/tub area is brilliant.

Yeah, the closets are wider, so definitely more useful for most things. The paint color is BM Healing Aloe. I had a interior designer help me for a few hours with finishes--I had inspiration images but didn't want to make a mistake. She picked that color, and I love it!

Gorgeous! I also have a bungalow of similar size and layout and am just planning my kitchen and bath remodels (bath more urgently). I love the vanity! Such a generous amount of sink and storage space in its little nook.

Thanks! It came out a bit more modern than planned, but with the small space and only bathroom, I didn't want to sacrifice function.

Such a beautiful and functional bathroom! Tile is beautiful and you made a very nice choice on the paint color.

what is the ceramic trim around the niche? did not see that in the Rittenhouse tile page.

@Karenseb--you actually drew the layout for me several years ago! So glad for your help and all the others who helped me with it!

@sloyder--it's the matching quarter-round. I did a quick look and don't see on their page either. I could have the collection mixed up, but it's all from the Daltile store.
