The refrigerator and pantry pulls were made by another company but matched almost perfectly (though larger and thicker). The fridge is made to accept a custom front which is attached solidly and the handle attaches to that... a really good connection and we've never had any issues with it being too flimsy or poorly attached.

hi, i was wondering where you found the the drum pendant?

The drum light fixture was from Room and Board. Last time I checked they were not selling it any more, however. West Elm also had a similar light fixture at one point, but I suspect that's discontinued as well.
