After being so excited about finding seed pods on Maui Buttercup, imagine me finding pods on:

Gold Standard (ONE pod, lol)

Fragrant Blue (two plants, only one has pods)

Francee (two plants, both have pods)

Paul's Glory

June (two plants, different exposure, one with a lot of sun has pods, the one under the thick privet has none - but it's a pretty, even dark green color)

Lakeside something-or-other (this was one of my first Hosta plants, and I didn't think to make any kind of record of the name. I got two of them because they were so pretty, and one didn't survive the first New England winter. This one is thriving and growing!)

Of course, not many are fattening up like Maui, so they may be a whole lot of nothing. But still, after thinking for a couple of years I didn't have the right conditions for hosta to do more than survive, maybe I'm getting the hang of it!!
