Thank You! Just wanted to know what’s proper. Normally when techs come out they aren’t here very long.

My experience is that they greatly appreciate a Pizza and soft drink around noon (assuming they arrive around 8.00am). And if they gratefully decline, you can always microwave it for your dinner!

Nice move to offer lunch.

Offer snacks as well :-) There is rarely a downside to being kind.

I offered pizza & soda. They declined. It didn’t take very long at all. 3 people working on it together made the job go fast. It was the owner of the HVAC company, a tech & trainee.

I was amazed.

Now get that fence around the condenser before your dogs destroy it again :P
