My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I bought it in a small store in Cape Neddick, ME called Cottage Home. Unfortunately, it has closed. I think you could find something similar at a store called Maine Cottage. You can find them online. Good luck with your search.
