Hi! I'm looking for help from someone with a creative eye!! Attached you will find the floor plan of our recently purchased house. It is an "inverted floor plan" which we recently discovered in Hurricane Irma is most likely due to flooding issues!

Originally we planned on converting the garage space downstairs to a master BR but after flooding we are avoiding major renovations on the lower floor! We would love to somehow add a third bedroom upstairs and add some square footage.

Any ideas?!? Thanks in advance!!
