This is sort of "game room" art but I'll throw this out for an idea. Paint the lower wall black, magnetic chalk paint. Then, buy kids, color ABC letters and do a scrabble style art connecting everyone's family and friends names together? (Or use scrabble pieces and hot glue on the wall). At each end of the shuttle board, you could either use chalk to keep score or get magnetic numbers. You could also buy wood letter and glue magnetic pieces on the back.

Giving you more ideas....I think wallpaper brick wall would add warmth to the game area and not to "crazy" for the adjoining family space. If you feel a bit more daring, I'd suggest graffiti wallpaper.

Love the shuffleboard table! It's a very nice addition to any space. The two game room wall art pieces blend well with your design concept except for the vertical orientation. Whatever design decor or pop of color you choose, try more horizontal wall art pieces. Have you tried rotating those two golf club vertical pieces horizontally one atop the next? Hanging a large matted collage frame for family photos isn't necessarily boring. If you are looking for any vintage memorabilia to decorate your walls or genuine penny arcade machines, please let us know.
