Seed Help

I made my first order of adenium seeds today. Can someone please explain everything I need to know, or type out your own knowledge if possible. I want my adenium to grow really fat so if you know any techniques on caudex growth please share. I need to get supplies also so what pots/planters and potting media would you recommend? Thank you in advance

What zone/ type of climate are you located in? Do you plan to grow inside with lights during winter, or allow to go dormant?

From what I have seen, Jericson lives in Hawaii and he starts most of his under lights, but he would be best to confirm.
