4/2 or 3/3 or 3/2

I have a design dilemma on whether I should take a bedroom in a 4/2 and turn it into a master closet / bathroom. I don't really have a lot of data on resale price for a 3/3 versus a 4/2 and was wondering what the pros think. I can provide a layout later this week.

I could also change to 3/2 and make a massive master bathroom. Does anyone have any data on resale for these layouts?
