Are the mirrors bright enough to avoid the "vanity lights"?

Love this bathroom! I'm adapting your idea to a small bathroom (around 7x10) and have a question.
We'll have two of the IKEA mirrors plus six can lights. For a bathroom with no natural light would you consider this to be sufficient? Also, do you know if the mirrors are dimmable? IKEA doesn't mention this on their website.
