Hallmark with flying eagle carrying fish, six pointed star above

At an estate sale, I found a decorative plate with a motif of old roses. It says Austria on the back, and there is a very faint blue hallmark with a six-pointed star, beneath that is what looks like a flying eagle with a fish in its talons. Cannot get a good picture because the markings are so faint, sorry, and Google just doesn't understand LOL: It came up with silverware hallmarks and things that are made in Japan and all kinds of stuff except what I actually have. Identification or any insight or advice would be most welcome. Thanks.
