Led grow lights, Zone 10A

Hey everyone.... So I just purchased two 24w led grow light bulbs. They are hanging above my citrus and blackberry. I also have a 24w rope led grow light above that. My plan is to supplement light for my plants on my north facing back porch. They are on the east side of the porch so they should still receive a couple of hours of sunlight even in December. My question: is this enough? Has anyone done this before whether its outdoors or even totally inside? How'd it go, any problems or advice? Also FYI the outlet the lights run off of is a Wemo outlet that is connected to my WiFi. I also integrated the light schedule to correspond with sunset and sunrise as it changes over time via ITFFF and Stringify. In addition I linked to the lights/Wemo to data from my personal home WiFi Netatmo weather station. Its an attempt to mimic the current weather on my porch. It responds to humidity as to not burn the plants if its too low, temp: kicks on during the night if its cold and off during the day if its too hot. It also simulates a rainy day or shower for example if the rain gauge detects rain beginning during the day it shuts off and when it ends during the day it turns back on. There is more I programmed it to do too. Any thoughts on this? Yes im a 30 year old nerd and meterologist so ya, dont judge me.....
