You might want to think about pulling out more of the green color from your drapes.

Yes it is very expensive. For those that can afford it, it is beautiful, but I posted the pic more for color ideas ( pulling more green into the room), the headboard and pillow arrangement and how the drapes were used behind the headboard.

Since the room receives a lot of light, do you think the whole room can be painted blue? If so, would a blue green work to pick up both colors?

You can paint it the same shade of the background of your curtains if you like I think that it would look nice just take the panel with you to the store they will match it .
