Monstera Clippings - Help!!

Hi Everyone,

So recently a close friend of mine gave me a handful of Monstera clippings, which I've been trying to get my hands on for some time now. She put them in a wine carafe looking thing, and the clippings are suspended in water.... the roots (as seen in the picture) I believe to be from the clippings? Either way.... my concern is that a couple of these clippings have decided to turn yellow and look to be withering, that and I really don't know what to do from here. I'm unsure as to what the best route is here to get these in full health and just how best to go about making sure they all see their way through to a full and blossoming life? Should I transplant these to soil? Should I move the plant away from the bathroom window? Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
