Thanks for checking. The distance between the center of the deadbolt to the center of the handle is 5-1/2". The product fits a standard double bore on the face of the door 2-1/8" diameter - 5-1/2" CTC.

In connection with the backset, we define backset as the distance between the edge of the door to the center of the handle or deadbolt. Product will work with a 2-3/8 backset. but can also be made to work with a 2-3/4" backset.
