Pic?

I grew them a couple years ago... very large and productive plants, very tasty fruit.

Others on the forum have recommended Esterina, a far more productive Snow White Cherry replacement. I agree with those posts after having tried them both. Of course Esterina is a hybrid.

Territorial says Esterina grows to 18-inches tall. Huh? Kinda hard to be productive when the plant is puny. Is this a misprint?

Yeh, 18 ft. is more accurate.

Oh my, Esterina is an even heavier producer than Snow White Cherry? Too much cherry tomato my my household, lol.

I had 2 Snow Whites. They grew up and over their 6 foot tall cages by 2-3 feet to drape back down. In the uphill to harvest time, I was picking a pint every day or three between both plants. During high time that was a quart a plant every day or two for several weeks. By the time the late summer flushes were bursting for about two weeks, I was drowning in cherries. My sister who eats cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers as candy daily when she can finally saw her glut point with the Snow White output.

The only other white tomato that year to outperform Snow White that year was White Queen. I culled out 5 other whites that year, including the straight White Cherry- Snow White was tastier and better.

daninthedirt, I have one. It looks like a mini Christmas tree (well it did for a good while; it's a little scraggly for a Christmas tree now) and grows tiny, very firm, very sweet and sour cherries. I think it was about a foot to ~eighteen inches tall the last time I looked. It's a Husky Cherry Red F4. It's not stabilized.

Really? I wasn't meaning to say anything about Esterina (just about cherry tomato plants in general). That's curious. I might have to try Esterina (if it's early anyhow).

The Esterina F1 that I grew this season was very tall and had a similar growth habit to Sungold F1 or any of the tall cherries. It was very sweet, but less of the interesting fruity acidity that Sungold has. It was maybe a tad later, but not by significant days.

My sister is a big fan of Snow White and gives me grief when I don't start plants for her some years. Someone was asking for pictures - here are a couple.

Comparing with others -

I grew Super Snow White, this year, but it was cross-pollinated. It's different from Snow White anyway, though (bigger fruit, I believe, at least).
