I've had great production but not has good as yours. I planted some this year from last year's crop. I thought they kept fairly well. We put in buckets in coldest spot in basement or last year in the garage that stays about 50 degrees. Just had some for dinner the past two nights. I think they are great for just the two of us. I boil them skins and all and fry up leftovers with onion. Sometimes I throw the small ones in a beef stew.

Congrats on the big harvest exmar! Some fingerlings keep pretty well. I have a couple varieties (Austrian Crescent and French Fingerlings) that were harvested in mid June that are just now starting to sprout 3.5 months later stored in the mid 60s. I store my next year's seed potatoes in the veggie drawer of my extra fridge and they don't sprout at all but as soon as I take them out in late February they only take a week or so to start sprouting.
