My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I was thinking that this would take up less floor space. however there is a space for a stand, including one with an umbrella stand which might be helpful. I don't know that I have a preference, so it is whatever you prefer.

    I thought you had picked out an umbrella stand that had a coat hangar at the top already. Whichever way has the smallest footprint works for me. Thank you.
