You might want to introduce some of the color from the green piece at the foot of the bed in to the room.

A lot of great ideas using wall decals. Bring in some of the green using them.

Just turned four, she is pretty into rainbows and unicorns!

If she's that young, I'd just do fun and colorful, and let her pick something different in a few years if her tastes change.

Then maybe something a bit quieter in the bathroom.

So many options to make a cute wall..... The of the animal faces with dot decals or banners. A child size bean bag on the floor beneath.

Some shelving would be practical and pretty... Every little girl needs a mirror (think something ornate and vintage) or vanity/mirror desk combo. You also might want to consider switching the ceiling light fixture out for a chandeleir. That would dramatically change the room!

Other than the stuffed animals, I thought this room was for a pre-teen. She is only four once and if it were me, I would remove the bench and give her more floor space to play, or even add a small table/chair per last picture. Having toys and books handy is a good idea so I would make better use of the large wall instead of just adding art. The idea of the doll house below is a place she can be creative and as she gets older it can be converted to a bookcase. A youthful, modern chandelier and something above her headboard - perhaps frame some of her artwork - idea below is cute.

Thank you! She has the adjoining bedroom as a playroom, so she has a lot of play space which is why I was thinking of just adding something to the wall. The night stands and bench I had ordered online and the colors weren't exactly as I expected but I couldn't return them. I was thinking about painting the nightstand lighter- maybe I will do that. I do want a four year old's room!

What a lucky little girl..the play room is great. It would be nice to try and incorporate the colors in her room.
