Instead of the accent wall (especially if a small space) I'd keep all the wall Swiss Coffee but paint the baseboards and trim (around the doors) a bright white (including the ceiling). Crown molding in the living space would add a nice detail. Do you have a photo? What finish is the hardware in the kitchen? Is there enough distance to put a chandelier above a dinette table and a semi flush light in the living space?

How about this for the dinette table? And the next for the living space? Believe it or not, nice lighting and finishes can get you more rent per month because "it has character".

I agree, skip the accent wall. Nice light fixture- definitely. Your choices sound fresh and nicely neutral. I don't think you need to overdo things. It sounds really nice. Post pictures!

Instead of Swiss Coffee do SW's Drift of Mist. It's a more modern neutral and I actually think it's more versatile than a Swiss Coffee from whatever brand. Every rental has Swiss Coffee walls.

Third opinion: Skip the accent wall. If you want to play it safe with fixtures go with something transitional. Use Ben Moore's White Dove for the trim. It's crisp and will really pop with the Swiss Coffee (I like that choice).
