Sea Salt goes very nicely with the gray. You can also try another shade on the same swatch. It also depends on the light, windows, etc. Any photos?

With open concept, carry same color into adjoining rooms. Use rugs and accessories for accent colors. Different lighting in the different rooms will make same paint color look slightly different. Different paint colors will tend to make open spaces look choppy.

Maybe I can lighten the repose grey a bit to carry into tv room.? Not a big room
