No offense but the door on the second floor with the railing and the side lamps screams motel to me.

I would do everything I could to fix that. Right now all the shutters are way to small (technically the shutters should be able to cover the windows when closed, that is what would make sense). So either lose all the shutters on the home or replace them all with shutters that make sense. Remove the two side lamps on either side of the upstairs door.

Regarding color scheme: leave the brick and paint everything else white. Black shutters if you decide not to eliminate shutters. Go classic with is home.

Improve the landscaping. Paint the front door a classic red.

    Good luck with the sale!

You have a lot of work to do on this one.

The paint and the landscaping needs attention.

Below is a modern paint color combination, with a classic red door that the post above mentions--and I agree. If you go with this paint combination, the two-tone upper posts, railing, window trim, eves and the second story fascia boards go BRIGHT white. The shutters remain as is. Only the bottom door goes red. Body goes grey, including the brick. The house is a hodgepodge and you need to paint the whole thing to create a consistent look.

You have vertical boards on the fascia that do not line up with the first and the second floor porch posts. Replace the fascia boards. That sticks out like a sore thumb and throws off the house symmetry.

Is this a multi-family residence? If not, then get rid of the second story 'front door' and replace with a wide-paned French door. Change out the second story front door lights with a casual light that isn't confused with the lower level front door lights.

Get rid of the pine overhanging the garage. The roof garage is full of pine needles and the fire hazard will be called out on inspection anyway, and you'll need to take care of now or later.

The lighting by the lower level door needs to be updated.

Replace or paint-out the trim on the second level windows so that they resemble the same white trim on the lower level windows. You have black paint on the uppers and white paint on the lowers. Make it all white.

Get rid of the brick/cement planter/light 'things' next to the front door. These are just plain ugly.

The walkway from the front door to the garage is stained and needs to be power-washed.

I would assume the garage door need attention/replacement.

Get rid of the shrubs in front of the porch and replace them and cover the dirt with fresh landscaping.

The garage has relics from the 1960's and it needs to get hauled away.
