how long does Daffodil and daylilies bulbs multiply

Hellow, really new here... Literally! Im really curious how long does it take for Daffodils and daylilies flowering bulbs to multiply, some people said it take YEARS for offsets ready to be separated and more years for them to be ready flowering bulbs, is it true or Whatd?!?!?

Welcome to the forums. Daffodils happy in their conditions do increase gradually, usually making one or two small offsets each year which then take a year or two to get to flowering size. Some varieties increase faster than others. Day lilies do not have bulbs. They have thick fleshy roots and the clumps gradually spread outwards. I've never grown them so I can't comment on rate of increase.

Woah, Thanks! Thats enough information for me. i guess daffodil bulblets grows much faster than i thought..i was thinking like 6 years plus *:O
