Hi, we live in Seattle (Zone 8) have a Stella fig in its second year. It has some figs on it, but they are not ripe yet. I tried one that was softer, about a week ago and it didn't taste quite ripe yet. The rest are still pretty hard. Considering that it's mid-October, should I just bring them in the house and hope they get ripe, or give them a little more time. Temps are lower 60s, but as low as mid 40's overnight.
