My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      there are 3 down rod accessories available, 12" 18"and 32", sold separately

      Yes but no oil rubbed bronze finish so does me no good

      This is a frustrating mess. These should be attached as a link to the fan when you are looking to purchase. I have typed the 18in into the search on the houzz site and I get nothing so I am not sure how much it costs or what to looks like. Lots of comments I see about downrods on the site. This has wasted a lot of my time calling and searching.
