My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is listed as an outdoor light but it is not. I have tried on numerous occasions to get them the change the wording, but so far no luck. As it stands, it is for indoor use only. We custom make these for outdoor use, meaning we change the type of socket and have a powdercoat finish applied, but you would have to order directly from us. The minimum is 4 fixtures, the cost is $160.00 each with no return. We can furnish a 75 watt led for $9.00, tubular shape. IT is made my MaxLED. Richard
