Complicated windows need treatment advice

So my new apartment has these weird designed windows, I've consulted with 3 window treatment shops so far but none of them really come up with a good solution. Wanted to see if I can get some insight from window specialists here at Houzz.

High-rise north facing 1-br condo, pretty compact. My style is contemporary monochromatic. New development building so I just got to see the details of the windows (and got a bad surprise). I need window treatment options for the living room window + balcony door right next to it, and the bedroom window. With many other things to worry about for the entire apartment, I was gonna do something straight forward for the windows - either sleek ceiling to floor draperies or simple roller shades, but below challenges puzzled not only me but some window treatment shops:

- Big AC units beneath both windows in the middle, about 3/4 foot depth
- The windows open inward (who designed this?!), when fully open taking 2/3 of the sill space, which is about 1 foot depth
- The upper edge of the window is very close to the ceiling of the window box, I didn't measure this gap but I would say about 1/2 inch
- The window is next to the balcony door which is of different height but need same style treatment

So I'm at a loss. Draperies will be blocking the AC and not straight hanging; shades can only be installed at the very edge of the window box (if the brackets are smaller enough to fit) and wasting the window box space; if doing ceiling to floor drapery in front of the AC unit, that will waste even more space and looking stupidly. And what about the door?

HELP please!! Thanks in advance~
