Fruit is covered by Citrus Rust Mites. It is very hard to clearly see the white deposits on the tree bark. Could be just white moss or possibly meal bug. A through spray of a good horticultural oil with the addition of a surfactant will kill both (if it is mealy bug). However, the dead mite bodies will still remain on the fruit. Next year spray the tree and fruit to keep this from happening again. The fruit is still good to eat.

The growths on the bark are most likely harmless lichen.

As Silica said, Citrus rust mite... no cure, only prevention. Google it for more knowledge. Your tree will be okay and the fruit will be okay to eat...just not pretty. Tell us where you live and you will get better advice
