We've been spoiled by a very extended Indian summer so far this year here, but 43 is a jolt from the 60s we've been having lately at night. I haven't had a chance to gather up any fallen leaves to mulch over my roses and potted hostas. You can bet I will do so tomorrow, even though the temps are going way up again. Also, I will be paying close attention to daily forecasts to make sure I'm not caught out.
