A living room should feel comfortable and give a warm and welcoming feeling. I think this room could use some more furniture, some warm toned decor that balances the neutral and cool tones that this room has right now. When I look in this room, I feel tired and unexcited.

It might be easier if we saw more photos of the room. Maybe someone would recommend rearranging the furniture in a particular way. But That wall is pretty big...I would think either a painting/picture of some sort (one that is just a little smaller than the TV Stand) or just a big Stand would work. With the wall unit you might want to mirror on the other side and see if that helps. Also maybe some floating shelves. Also a rug for this section. Good luck :)

How about some tall shelves to go on the sides of the TV? Also a rug maybe from under your chairs/sofa to the TV unit? Also, adding more light (floor lamp, table lamp, back lighting, artwork lights) would help! Adding something to the fireplace that is similar in color to the rest of the room should help .
