Pretty room. What is it that you don't like about the current arrangement?

The room is 22 feet wide and it always seems like the furniture is not quite right and not sure what to do with the space between the furniture and walls. Thank for your comments.

How many people do you normally seat in the room? Is there a t.v. in the room? Are you wanting to purchase anything new or work with what you have?

No TV at this end of this room. And I have looked at replacing all furniture in that part of the room. And normally this part of the room is unused except when the fireplace is lit or during the holidays. Thank you for your comments.

Honestly, I like a lot of what's in the room as is. It seems collected over time and not put together from a furniture store. I would look at eliminating the brown ottoman and pulling the white chairs over so they are directly across from the sofa with the table between them. If it's not already, I would center the coffee table to the sofa and pull it 18" away from the sofa. Other than that, I don't think there's much at all you need to do.

I would move the two armchairs to face to sofa, center the coffee table, have one side table in between the two armchairs, remove the ottoman. There seem to be too many table lamps
