I make frittatas in a cast iron skillet. Didn't know there was a special pan.

Do you have problems with sticking? I can't imagine eggs not sticking to cast iron? Plus does the pan discolor the egg mixture?

Nothing sticks to a properly seasoned pan. And no, no discoloration.

If you want to learn more about cast iron cookware, try posting a question in the Cooking Forum. This forum is very slow, not too many people read it. The Cooking forum people are much more active and can help you learn about cast iron.
