We are currently building our home and it's time I started picking out lighting. I have an idea of what I'm wanting, but I'm wondering if all of the same floor lighting needs be similar.
For the two-story foyer I love the idea of three Random Lights () hung at varying heights.
For the dining room, which is off the foyer, I've been eying this Lapiz chandelier from West Elm ( http://www.westelm.com/products/large-rectangle-hanging-capiz-pendant-w425/?pkey=call-lighting)
I can't figure out what kind of light over the table in the eat-in kitchen. It's an open floorplan where the livingroom, kitchen and eat-in area are all connected.
We are doing a "Rustic Eco Contemporary" design. Grey walls, bamboo spice floors, dark oak kitchen cabinets, white quartz countertop, reclaimed wood kitchen table and reclaimed wood shelving in living room.
Thoughts? Ideas?
