Furniture layout for living room?

Our house is under construction, but we’ll be closing in about 2 weeks, so I am trying to figure out a good furniture arrangement. We will be buying a new couch, coffee table, etc., so options are open. I can’t decide if a sectional makes the most sense to help divide the living space from the kitchen or not. I would love your thoughts!

Is the TV going over the FP? Room doesn't look wide enough for a sectional. I would do a sofa facing FP. 2 swivel chairs for each side of FP. These pieces could also be arranged with TV on wall opposite the window. Area rug and inset roman shades

Yep - it is not wide enough for a sectional. What about 2 sofas facing one another. One would have it's back on the solid wall and the other would have it's back to the window. You could add a chair that faces the fireplace.
