I agree-the one on the left has a more modern look.

I would choose black.

Hard to say since it's only a glimpse of the home. However, if you want it to blend in vs. be something the eye goes toward I'd go with the center. I feel the center is more modern/clean looking.

The center looks fresh & clean!!!!! I have a question to pose to you...does the awning keep your deck much cooler than a regular umbrella?? We have a tek deck and we have so many umbrellas and we are still so hot all the time; plus moving them all around to keep the sun out/
