First suggestion is to remove everything from the bathroom…way too much going on.

I happen to love your green tiles and would paint the walls the same color…or more importantly, I would wallpaper in the same color.

There isn’t anything you can do with the countertop, but that’s okay, because it goes nicely with the green…now paint everything white…white trim, white ceiling, white vanity and white frame on the mirror.

That is a classic shower & floor
