Help with bathroom lighting

I have a 23” ikea vanity with a 23” wall mounted medicine cabinet that is 5” deep. I wasn’t sure about using the same width cabinet and vanity, but it seemed to be the best solution I could find that would fit the area and give me needed storage. Now, I need lighting above the cabinet. Any suggestions?
