My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the floor stain?

    I've seen this floor a lot lately, although I've no idea what they call it. It's white oak with some sort of resin (?) in the cracks and knotholes. I've seen this stuff in white, black and dark brown. The planked floor is thick and substantial, given this is a $5 million dollar home.

    Keep in mind that I'm the photographer and not a builder.
