A graphic pattern in the right color could work for the room.

I think either way it would look nice.... I'd try to find a blush vs. a full on pink. Similar to the photo above if you go that direction. Hang your rod about 4 to 6" above the window frame if you feel you can move it up without too much trouble. Gives the illusion the window is taller and looks pretty. Then make sure the drapes you choose are long enough to just touch the floor or are VERY close to the floor as in floating.

I'd try white curtains and white bedding with blush pink and aqua pillows on the bed

I'd still do white or white and gray drapery, to brighten it up and add some white to the bedding.

I'd toss several of the Mongolian pillows as recommended above in off white and if you can find a blush would be great. Will give some texture to the bed.

Not sure how old your daughter is, but they have a lot of fun things for over the bed. You can even do an Oliver Gal over the bed since she likes the glam there are so many, but not sure of her age so... The tassels on string over the bed with the art is a fun thing or over the curtain rod. Many tutorial on how to make them or you can look at google and they are sold all over.
