You will need the linear drain body to go with the grate. If you type Compotite Linear Drain Body in the search bar and hit enter, you will see the following:

Search instead for "compotite abs linear drain body"

If you click on Search instead for "compotite abs linear drain body", you will see ABS Linear Drain Bodies, 42" by Compotite. If you click on that link, you can then choose the 24" size that you need for your grate.

Great thank you. Also can I return what I just purchased? When we bought the linear drain the picture did not show "frank Lloyd wright" cut into the metal. We do not want this drain.

Yes, the grate can be returned, but you will need to contact Houzz to arrange the return with them. There is information on the packing slip regarding how to return the item.
