Jenn-Air 48" Range Recent Reviews

Hello,

We are remodeling our kitchen and are considering buying a Jenn-Air appliance package. I cannot find any recent reviews on their 48" Pro-Style range with the griddle. Can anyone out there pretty please give me some feedback? I worry that I can't find any reviews on it. That's never a good sign. Thank you in advance!

I just came across your question and I'm where you were several months ago. We are about to purchase the Jenn Air 48" professional gas cooktop with electric oven. Would you letting me know your thoughts?

Did either of you get any feedback? I’d love some input. It seems I’m now where both of you were.

I have not heard any bad things about the Jenn Air 48” dual fuel range. But what I have learned is that this fall Jenn Air is coming out with an entire makeover one most of their products. I’m debating if I should live in a kitchen for 3 months without a range to wait for their newer products. Down side is working through all the problems of having one of the first items....I doubt that I will ever use an app to turn on my oven.

Hi Trudi! Thank you for your reply. I just found out that Jenn-Air is coming out with a whole new line of appliances. Too bad for us, we have already purchased our Jenn-Air appliances. They are being installed in about a month. I really hope I like them. I'm with you on never using an app to turn my oven on.

Update: After weighing the pros and cons of the 2019 WiFi packages of Jenn Air and Thermador we decided to go with Thermador. deciding factors on the fridg: 1) I’m not sure that I want a dark interior (food will get lost in there no matter how great the lighting is), 2) I like the ice that Thermador puts out. Regarding the range, the biggest deciding factor is that it is almost 2” shorter in depth the Jenn Air (48” pro duel fuel) Last year the Jenn Air package was almost $2000 less then Thermador, but they have upped their cost so much that Thermador is about $200 less. While we REALLY wanted to go with Jenn Air, we had to choose the one with the most pros. I’m confident we will be very pleased with Thermador whene they start shipping
