My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

my order hasn’t been delivered yet

Hi my Order 1582-0745-7907-2011 was supposed to be delivered between Nov 3rd -7th but hasn’t been delivered yet to my destination. According to fedex tracking it’s being held in Brunswick, GA. Do you know what the issue is??

    Hi Vicki,


    We have called and checked on your order. When pick up was scheduled it didn't happen do a routing or address issue so it was delivered. The rep confirmed it was en route. Deliveries from Ga to California often do take longer. It is scheduled before or on Friday 11/10. You can go into tracking and request updates.
