Complete Kitchen Remodel

A complete kitchen remodel. We added more storage space, custom cabinetry and a granite island. We didn't feel that the applainces should compete with the beauty of the rich cabinetry so we found a great solution in using custom finished venetian mirrored panels that not only disguises the large stainless steel appliance but it is now the conversation piece of this client’s kitchen.

LOVE the refrigerator! It's so much more subtle than the "In-Your-Face I spent a lot of money on this sucker" Stainless Refrigerators.

I hope the rest of the home measures up to this reno. If not, no doubt it will soon.

Not sure if before and after pictures are of the same house, notice the different angles in the external walls..

They changed the entryway, to get the angles..... A bit too formal for me, but still lovely!

Hello upperking, it is hard to believe that it's the same house but yes it is. What we have done is relocated the dining room opening from left to right so we can put the stove on an angle. We also took the cabinetry all around the opening to the foyer on the left wall since we lost the pantry when moving the door opening to the dining room. Also the AFTER photography is taken by a professional photographer with a wide angle lens therefore making the room appear larger, but if you look at the sq. footage nothing else has changed. "WOW it looks like a completely different house!" That is exactly what the homeowners said when we finished!

Hello Jarem, all of our cabinetry is solid wood and hand made here in our factory in Illinois, but we also ship all over the US. All of our projects are custom and one-of-a-kind therefore pricing varies from home to home.

Sometimes I want to faint when I see before and after. Pick me up off the floor! Went from 300K house to a million plus (in MI dollars)

Ah, now I see that you closed off the doorway. Doorways can ruin a kitchen! I like the angle stove. Cottage Company in the resort town of Harbor Springs, MI used stoves on an angle in their little cottage-condos. They are worth checking out for fabulous mini kitchen ideas.

Beautiful kitchen...what tens of thousands can buy you. I'm more impressed when you can have an high end look for less.
