These are actually somewhat glossy in person, I think the photos might be a bit deceiving, but there is a matte sealer available for Saltillo tile. All Saltillo tile is unsealed/unfinished when you install it, so you can choose to seal it with glossy or matte sealer to achieve your desired look.
